Hot Melt Glue

Thermal adhesive is a thermally conductive glue used to attach small heatsinks and heat spreaders to components without mechanical fastening. It also provides thermal conductivity and transfers heat from the component to the heatsink. With electrical insulation and strong bonding properties, it is widely used in LED modules, power chips and other electronic elements.
